December 2018 Winners

Our December guest speaker/judge was Jason Hamacher who spoke to the IPS members about his photo exhibition called “1,001 Syrian nights” and its genesis. What started out as a desire to track down some mysterious ancient chants for a rock music recording turned into a cell phone call with a spotty phone reception turned into a “mistaken identity” kind of trip to Syria (instead of Serbia) turned into a photo collection on pre-war Syria that is now housed in the Library of Congress.

Please see below the list of December winning images selected by Jason. We have updated the 2018/2019 points table to reflect these results.

Congratulations to the winners, especially to those who won for the first time and/or who won multiple awards!
