February 2019 Winners
Our February guest speaker/judge was Frank Van Riper who spoke to the IPS members about his recently published photobook called “Recovered Memory”. The book contains a series of photos taken by Frank in New York City, USA and in Paris, France in the 1960-1980s. See link to Frank’s website: http://gvrphoto.com/wp/bio/
